You can cancel your order if it has not been confirmed and payment has not been made. Once the order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
For items that have already been shipped, cancellation is not possible unless the item is damaged or defective and we do not have the same item in stock to replace it. If we make a mistake in shipping the item, Pillow Sense will be 100% responsible.
If you receive a damaged product, please record a video of yourself opening the package upon arrival. Please send the documentation to our Customer Service. Our team will investigate the matter within 48 hours and will get back to you with a solution.
